1. Access and Registration

To use our Site, you may need to register for a user account ("Account"). During registration you'll be asked a series of questions, which you must answer honestly and completely. Please keep your password safe and secure.

You're solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We don't screen prospective users, so please be careful about the information you share with others.

You can add or update your profile information at any time – please keep it accurate and up to date, and take care with any personal contact details you choose to share, as that's entirely your responsibility.

2. Subscription and Billing

We offer subscription packages ("Subscription") for extended access to features and areas of the Site – details of each plan are available in the relevant part of the Site. In general, we offer a 0-day trial period for $0.00 and a monthly renewal package for $0.00.

Your Subscription continues indefinitely on a monthly rolling basis unless and until you cancel it, and you agree that your account is subject to this automatic renewal.

If you paid by credit card, we'll continue charging that same card each time your Subscription period renews, and we won't debit repeat payments before the current month ends. As long as the transaction succeeds, your Subscription continues on the regular terms.

If the Subscription price changes, we'll give you as much notice as we can, and you can cancel at any time. Continuing to use the Service after a price change means you accept it.

3. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your one-day or monthly membership at any time, for any reason, following the instructions in the relevant part of the Site.

You can cancel your subscription by: (i) visiting the "My Account" section of the Site and following the link to remove your account; (ii) submitting a Cancel Subscription form; or (iii) contacting our Support team with your request.

We don't provide refunds for partial-month subscription periods or unused services. If you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your paid period, and no further payments will be charged.

We may terminate your Account at any time without notice if we believe you've breached these Terms. No refund is due in that case, and once your Account is terminated, these Terms expire except for any provisions meant to survive termination.

Except as stated elsewhere in these Terms, we don't refund partial-month subscription periods or unused services – cancelling keeps your access through the end of the current Subscription period, with no further charges afterward.

4. User's Obligations

By registering, you confirm you're at least 18 years old and that registration is not prohibited where you live. You also confirm you have the right and authority to agree to and follow these Terms. You may not let others use your Account, and you may not transfer your Account to anyone else.

You agree to compensate us for any claim, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach (or suspected breach) of these Terms or of a third party's rights.

• Impersonate anyone or post someone's image without permission

You may submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or other content, as long as it isn't illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, privacy-invasive, infringing on IP rights, or otherwise objectionable, and doesn't contain viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or spam. You may not use a fake email address or misrepresent where content came from. We may remove such content at our discretion, and we're not responsible for content posted by you or third parties.

Any emails, posted content, or material submitted to our addresses becomes our property. By sending us content, you confirm you own the rights to it and grant us the right to use it.

Where third parties offer products or services on our Site, we may provide links to them, but we don't evaluate or take responsibility for their content, actions, or products. Linking to a third-party site doesn't mean we endorse it. Using such sites is at your own risk, so please review their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Responsibilities

The Service is provided "as is", and we make no warranties, express or implied, about it. We don't guarantee that (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, (b) any defects will be corrected, or (c) content or information available through the Service will always be accurate.

We don't vet our users and can't guarantee the accuracy of any information relating to them.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaints or disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through negotiation. You agree that email correspondence with our authorized representatives is an effective and binding way to settle any dispute between us.

Please send claims to our support email. We follow a complaint-handling procedure and aim to respond within fifteen (15) business days.

If we can't agree on the dispute within sixty (60) days, it may be referred to the competent courts of TBD for final resolution.

Where the law allows, you agree to bring any claim connected to these Terms within one (1) year of when it arose, or it will be permanently waived.
